2006 Chevy Cobalt. Price is negotiable Color: RedMileage: 178,000Condition: seized engine All wheels and tires are good. Car starts but does not drive. Transmission is good.All electrical wires are good. Windows and mirrors are good. Windshield has a small crack in it. Radio, and speakers work. I don't have the knowledge on Mechanics / Vehicles to determine exactly what needs to be replaced. The car can be fixed but I don't have the money or time to put into it.
